GTA Vice City 100% Completion: The Full Checklist

Reaching 100% completion in GTA Vice City is a significant undertaking — a mix of story missions, side content, collectibles, and property missions that touches every corner of the city. This checklist covers every category you need to complete, so you can track exactly what's left.

What You Get at 100% Completion

When you hit 100%, you receive a cash bonus and the satisfaction of total mastery over Vice City. Specifically:

• $1,000,000 cash deposited directly
• Infinite ammunition for all weapons
• Unlocked Rhino tank at the Vercetti Estate
• Unlocked Hunter helicopter at Fort Baxter (if not already from 100 packages)
• A permanent wanted level increase reduction (police react more slowly)

• ☐ Firefighter Level 12 — enter the fire engine and extinguish vehicles on fire through level 12.
• ☐ Pizza Boy 55 Deliveries — enter the Pizza Boy motorcycle near a Pizzeria and complete 55 deliveries.
• ☐ Taxi 100 Fares — enter a Taxi cab and complete 100 passenger fares (can be in multiple sessions).
• ☐ RC Racer Tournament — win the RC car race tournament at the stadium.
• ☐ RC Bandit Race — win the RC bandit race at the stadium.
• ☐ RC Helicopter mission — deliver bombs with RC helicopter (unlocked via stadium events).
• ☐ Hotring Race — finish in 1st place at the Hotring race event.

Important Tips for 100%

Do vigilante and paramedic early. Both require reaching level 12, which is easier before the whole map becomes hostile. Vigilante in particular gets very hard at level 12 once multiple armed criminals spawn. A Rhino tank makes Vigilante trivial.

Track your collectibles with the pause menu. The statistics screen shows your hidden package count, stunt jump count and rampage count. Check it regularly so you don't lose track.

Buy all safe houses even the cheap ones. The $1,000 Skumole Shack is easy to forget since it's not near anything important, but it counts for property completion.

The Cherry Popper 50 sales can be done non-stop. Park in a populated area and cycle through customers — each "sale" takes about 10 seconds. Budget 20-30 minutes to grind through all 50.
